報(bào)告摘要：In the first part of this talk, we shall review affine Lie algebras and give certain generalizations of twisted affine Lie algebras. In the second part, we review some basics on vertex algebras and their modules and quasi modules. Then in the third part we present a natural connection of these Lie algebras with quasi modules for vertex algebras.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：

  李海生，男，美國(guó)羅格斯大學(xué)肯頓分校終身教授，廈門(mén)大學(xué)“閩江學(xué)者”特聘講座教授。著名華人數(shù)學(xué)家、頂點(diǎn)算子代數(shù)奠基人之一。1994獲美國(guó)新澤西州立大學(xué)New Brunswick 分校理學(xué)博士學(xué)位；1994至1996在美國(guó)加州大學(xué)Santa Cruz分校從事博士后研究工作；1996至今美國(guó)羅格斯大學(xué)肯頓分校助理教授、副教授、正教授。
