Bio – Chwen Sheu (http://www.chwensheu.com)

Chwen Sheu is the Paul Edgerley chair in business administration and the Associate Dean of College of Business Administration at Kansas State University, United States. Sheu received his doctorate in operations management from Ohio State University.

Sheu is nationally and internationally recognized in the field of Theory of Constraints (TOC) and supply chain management with a focus on continuous improvement, supply chain relationship, outsourcing, manufacturing sustainability and global manufacturing management. His work has received numerous best paper and research award honors from several academic organizations and professional meetings. Sheu has served as the president of the Global Manufacturing Research Group and is currently the vice president of education for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals in Kansas City. He has consulted for more than 40 firms — Boeing, China Mobile, Centralized Supply Chain Services (CSCS), Western Resources, Taipei Computer Association, Motorola, and more — in the areas of supply chain management, continuous improvement and project management.

許淳於美國(guó)俄亥俄州州立大學(xué)取得作業(yè)管理博士學(xué)位，並於1990年至美國(guó)堪薩斯州立大學(xué)任教，現(xiàn)任於美國(guó)堪薩斯州立大學(xué)商學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)及Paul Edgerley講座教授。許淳的專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域包含限制理論(TOC)、供應(yīng)鏈管理、環(huán)境管理、全球化作業(yè)管理、製造策略以及品質(zhì)管理。許淳自任教起獲得許多國(guó)際性的教學(xué)與研究獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)；他是TOC認(rèn)證講師、2004年曾受邀擔(dān)任BoeingA.D. Welliver研究員。許淳曾擔(dān)任全球製造研究組織(Global Manufacturing Research Group;GMRG) (www,gmrg.org)的主席(GMRG為一個(gè)由20個(gè)以上的國(guó)家所組成5專(zhuān)精於全球供應(yīng)鏈管理領(lǐng)域的研究組織)，並擔(dān)任美國(guó)堪薩斯州供應(yīng)鏈管理協(xié)會(huì)教育委員會(huì)的副主席。此外，許淳現(xiàn)為國(guó)際期刊(International Journal of Internet and Enterprise Management)的副主編，並擔(dān)任許多學(xué)術(shù)期刊的編輯委員。許淳亦為臺(tái)灣臺(tái)北電腦協(xié)會(huì)的供應(yīng)鏈管理顧問(wèn)，輔導(dǎo)過(guò)40多家著名企業(yè)(如：Boeing、中國(guó)移動(dòng)、Western Resources、Centralized Supply Chain Services、Motorola、Far Eastern Textile、Kansas Farm Bureau…)，輔導(dǎo)內(nèi)容則涵蓋供應(yīng)鏈管理、持續(xù)改善以及專(zhuān)案管理。
