主講人簡(jiǎn)介：

毛基業(yè)，教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃”特聘教授，現(xiàn)任中國(guó)人民大學(xué)商學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)，二級(jí)教授。分別在中國(guó)人民大學(xué)（1985）、麥吉爾大學(xué)（1989）、英屬哥倫比亞大學(xué)（1995）獲本科、MBA、和博士學(xué)位，曾在加拿大滑鐵盧大學(xué)任教并獲終身教職（1995-2002）。

國(guó)家杰出青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目獲得者，中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者（Most Cited Chinese Researchers, 2015-2018）；也是國(guó)內(nèi)管理學(xué)科案例研究的領(lǐng)先學(xué)者和推動(dòng)者，多篇全國(guó)百篇優(yōu)秀ＭＢＡ管理案例作者。國(guó)際信息系統(tǒng)學(xué)會(huì)中國(guó)分會(huì)理事會(huì)主席，F(xiàn)rontiers of Business Research in China創(chuàng)刊主編。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)殡娮由虅?wù)與大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用、傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型與升級(jí)。

Ji-Ye Mao is a Professor and Dean of the School of Business, Renmin University of China. His areas of research include managerial and behavioral issues in the adoption of information systems in general, and IT outsourcing management and digital transformation in particular. He is a Most Cited Chinese Researchers (2015-2018) in the Elsevier list. He is a leader and strong advocate in case-based and qualitative research in developing indigenous theories grounded in business administration in China.He is the Chairman of China Association for Information Systems (CNAIS), and the foundingeditoror Frontiers of Business Research in China. He holds a Ph.D in MIS from the University of British Columbia (1995), MBA from McGill University (1987), and B.Eng from Renmin University of China (1985). Previously he was a tenured professor at the University of Waterloo.
